Update on my Closing Process!

Hey y'all! Just a quick update on my closing process.

My goal is always to take cars until 5:45 PM. However, as a solo shop, my 'cutoff' time depends on the length of the line. As many of y'all know the line can easily get to a 1-2 hour wait, and sometimes due to personal reasons, or after hour appointments, I may have to stop taking cars in earlier to ensure I can finish everyone already in line.

These days are rare, but to be safe, I always recommend calling ahead if you’re planning to come by late in the afternoon. That way, I can guarantee if I can see you, or let you know if the line is already at capacity for the day.

You guys are my top priority, and I will always try my hardest to accommodate, thank you for understanding 🙏
