At Street Smarts Windshield Repair, we offer a variety of packages for our restorations, giving you budget friendly fast fixes like our compound and polish, to our highest quality professional aerosol 2 step activation clearcoat for maximum protection, and that glossy brand new car look!​

If you're looking for a quick, cosmetic fix, our Buffing Package will be your most budget, and time friendly option.

If your headlights are in the beginning stages of oxidization, you have the option of using our Premium Package (Light Sanding) option. This will utilize light sanding to strip off a thin layer of the failed clearcoat down to a healthy layer, and then we apply our Professional Grade Graphene ceramic

If your headlights are already experiencing heavy oxidization (Clouding, Yellowing, and/or Flaking) you must receive our Premium Package (Heavy Sanding), or Elite Package to receive a Warranty, as these include our Deep Sanding Full Restoration Prep, where we meticulously remove all traces of the failed factory clear coat as it is no longer stable foundation. By sanding all the way down to the bare polycarbonate this allows our new applications to properly bond giving you that long lasting durability!

Our Restoration Packages:

Premium package (Light Sanding): This package utilizes light sanding, and our Professional Grade Graphene ceramic. When your headlights are barely starting to oxidize (Develop a haze), this is the perfect time to get them restored! By restoring them at this stage, you are able to save some of the original clearcoat, allowing this restoration to possibly last way beyond its warranty period! It will also be the most time efficient as this will only need our light sanding which takes only about 30-45 minutes! What's Graphene ceramic? Unlike standard ceramics, a Graphene coating is specifically engineered for polycarbonate plastic. It creates a deep, glassy shine while providing a high-tech UV barrier, and is designed to absorb the heat from the lights, this allows for at least 2 years of protection! Lastly, this ceramic utilize Patent-Pending UV Tracer Technology™. This allows us to use a specialized UV inspection light to verify 100% edge-to-edge protection. If it doesn't glow, it isn't protected! This technology also lets us check the "health" of your coating during future visits, ensuring your clarity never fades.

Please keep in mind this is only an option for lightly oxidized headlights. Headlights that are severely oxidized (Has cloudiness, or yellowness) will only receive warranty with our Heavy Sanding packages.

Premium package (Heavy Sanding): This package utilizes Heavy sanding, which is CRUCIAL for a heavily oxidized headlights to be properly restored. When Heavy Oxidization begins (Cloudiness, yellowing, and/or flaking), the factory clearcoat no longer has a stable foundation and must be entirely sanded off, all the way down to the polycarbonate. Although this can take longer (1-2 hours), its the only true way to get a proper bond, giving you that long lasting durability! This package will still utilize the same Professional Grade Graphene ceramic.

Elite package: This also utilizes our deep sanding, but what makes this one special is it utilizes our high-quality, automotive professional-grade 2K clear coat. While this service is our more expensive package, this will offer maximum UV protection, and is what will give you that deep brand new glossy look, and is backed by a 4-year warranty, but can easily last you longer. Giving you ultimate peace of mind, with less maintenance.

Our Maintenance Packages:
Graphene Ceramic Boost Package: Whether you have brand new headlights or have just received our durable restoration, the key to protecting that perfect, high-gloss finish is ongoing clear coat maintenance. The most powerful and effective way to do this is by receiving our specially designed Graphene Ceramic Booster every 6 months! Think of this as sunscreen, and the clearcoat on your headlights as your skin - With the intense South Texas UV rays we get, your clearcoat will get eaten right up! By getting this Booster application, this will act as protection and keep those headlights looking good for as long as you maintain this!

Buffing Package: This package only utilizes a compound, and polish, no sanding, or clearcoat applications. Although you would need to get this done more frequently (Every few weeks to a month), this is another alternative to maintaining your headlights! Not just that, but this is also an option for those who may want a quick, temporary restoration!

Disclaimers:

For our Buffing, or Graphene Ceramic Boost Package the average wait time is around 15 min 

For our Premium Package (Light Sanding) the average wait time is 30 min-1 Hour

For our Premium Package (Heavy Sanding), and Elite Packages the average wait time is around 2 Hours.

Our Premium Packages take 24 hours to fully cure
Our Elite Packages take 48 hours to cure

During the curing phase the headlights can NOT be touched, or wet. If you do not have somewhere dry to store the vehicle after the restoration we recommend booking on a day that isn't within two days of expected rain.

 
Keep in mind this is a headlight restoration, not a repair, we are NOT able, or promising to remove any deep scratches, cracks, or any damage to the headlights.

Please note that while our restoration provides a long-lasting protective barrier, the "ultra-glossy" finish requires regular maintenance (proper washing and occasional boosting) to stay showroom-bright. Our warranty specifically covers coating failure, such as premature clouding or yellowing. It does not cover surface dullness caused by road grime build-up or improper care (such as using harsh automatic brush car washes).

This is preformed in a not so well ventilated area, forcing me to do our aerosol clearcoats outside, so unfortunately I am subject to the weather. Due to this, we can NOT preform a restoration on a day expected  to be over 70% humidity, or that is  expecting rain.

The reason our restorations look so great is because we follow a meticulous, multi-step process, and while we love offering high-quality headlight restoration, please remember that windshield repair is the core of our business and our first priority. Due to this we highly recommend, or may be required to do this on an appointment day. With our restoration service our "At-Store Appointment Fee" is waived.

If you wish to get this done on our walk in days, to balance our service commitments, we may need to briefly pause your restoration to attend to windshield repairs extending the time it will take to get your restoration done. We highly recommend dropping your vehicle off with us so we can focus on getting the best result without you having to wait the full, potentially interrupted, time. Either that or come in on a day you know you are free.

In both situations, If you leave your vehicle, please remove all contents from inside before the drop off - We are not responsible for lost, or stolen property.
