AUTOBODY SCRATCH AND PAINT REPAIR
One of our other services we offer here, Is scratch repairs, or paint repair for chipped, or deeply scratched paint in autobody's! For minor scratches that do not catch your fingernail, show the primer, or metal of the vehicle, this can be buffed out with our quality compound, and polish. For scratches, or chips that are deep, revealing primer, or the metal of the vehicle, we have the option of using our automotive grade enamel paint to fill them in! Although this wont be "Body shop perfect" it will make a dramatic difference, and most importantly this will prevent rust! To top it off, we're so confident behind this paint we even offer a lifetime warranty!
30-Day Curing Phase: Following your paint touch-up service, your vehicle is now in a 30-day Curing Phase to ensure a permanent chemical bond. During this window, the paint is still hardening; improper care during this time can cause the bond to fail. To validate your lifetime warranty, you must adhere to the following:

No High-Pressure Washing: Absolutely no automatic car washes or high-pressure DIY sprayers. You may hand wash the vehicle, but you must avoid the repaired areas. A gentle rinse with a standard garden hose is allowed.

No Abrasives or Sealants: Do not buff, wax, or apply ceramic coatings/sealants to the repair. The paint must remain exposed to oxygen to "outgas" and harden properly.
The Validation Inspection: Between 30 and 60 days after your service, you are required to return to our shop for a Warranty Validation Inspection. This is a brief, 5-minute follow-up where we ensure the paint has cured and adhered correctly. Once the repair passes this inspection, your Lifetime Warranty will be officially activated.
Note: Failure to return for inspection or evidence of high-pressure washing during the curing phase will void the warranty.

Due to this we highly recommend, or may be required to do this on an appointment day. With our Scratch repair, and paint chip repair service our "At-Store Appointment Fee" is waived.
If you wish to get this done on our walk in days, to balance our service commitments, we may need to briefly pause, to attend to windshield repairs extending the time it will take to get your service done. We highly recommend dropping your vehicle off with us so we can focus on getting the best result without you having to wait the full, potentially interrupted, time. Either that or come in on a day you know you are free.
In both situations, If you leave your vehicle, please remove all contents from inside before the drop off - We are not responsible for lost, or stolen property.
